1. Intake
You send a one-paragraph description of your current lifecycle and one screenshot you no longer trust. We reply with whether Pulse Clinic or Signal Atelier is the better fit.
Mirror Routecore exists so lifecycle teams can stop decorating dashboards and start defending a handful of numbers. The work is Lifecycle Messaging Analytics: cohorts, decay, suppression, and lift that a sceptical colleague can reproduce.
Most CRM stacks already collect more events than a team can read. Our mission is not to add another tool. It is to train people who can say, with a straight face, which send moved repurchase and which one only moved opens.
We are deliberately small. Eleven in-person and hybrid cohorts have run since 2019. Alumni stay on a quiet mailing list for board templates; we do not run a community forum full of unread threads.
Every session starts with a log excerpt, not a slide. Participants name the leak in the cohort definition before they touch a formula. Instructors refuse to “fix” a chart until the contract is written in plain English.
Homework is short and awkward on purpose: export 90 days of sends, mark quiet hours in Asia/Bangkok, and bring one contaminated holdout. Office hours run Tuesday evenings so Bangkok-based operators can join after peak send windows.
We do not grade on participation theatre. If a student says the course examples are cleaner than their warehouse — that is useful, and we treat it as a real constraint rather than a complaint.
Teaching from Bangkok changes the examples. Songkran, Chinese New Year retail peaks, and late-evening LINE traffic show up in our quiet-hour overlays. International students are welcome; time-stamps in coursework are labelled in ICT unless a cohort agrees otherwise.
The office is in Bangpakok. Visiting students can book a desk review by email. We are not a co-working brand and we do not drop in unannounced on your ESP.

Before live teaching, you draft a cohort contract. If it leaks, we mark the leak in red and you rewrite it. This is the least glamorous week and the one alumni mention most.
Workshops run in small rooms — never a webinar of 200. You leave with a signal board and a list of sends you should stop, not a certificate wall.
Signal Atelier and Archive Residency include office hours. Pulse Clinic does not; that limitation is listed on pricing so nobody is surprised.
