Read the signal inside every send.

Mirror Routecore trains CRM and retention teams to practise Lifecycle Messaging Analytics with clean cohort definitions, honest holdouts, and boards that survive a sceptical finance review.

From recent cohorts

What operators actually say

“The holdout module in Cohort Signal Architecture stopped us from claiming a win on a seasonal spike.”

— Mira K., CRM lead, Chiang Mai

“Quiet-Hour Calibration Lab was narrower than I expected, which I liked. We still send too much on Friday nights.”

— Client in grocery e-commerce

“3.8 / 5 on the internal LMS. The attribution week assumed cleaner event names than our warehouse had.”

Four ways into the work

Each course is built around a live artefact: a cohort contract, a quiet-hour overlay, or a monthly signal board. Tuition is listed on the pricing page and is informational only.

What we teach

Analytics that change the next send

Cohorts without leakage

You will write a one-page cohort contract: entry event, exclusion rules, and the date the clock starts. Most teams skip this and then argue about the chart.

Holdouts that survive review

We practise sample sizes that finance will not dismiss, plus what to do when the holdout is contaminated by a brand campaign.

Decay, not vanity opens

Lifecycle Messaging Analytics here means reply, repurchase, and unsubscribe curves — not screenshot-friendly open rates.

A monthly signal board

Alumni leave with a board they can defend in a 20-minute ops meeting, not a 40-slide deck.

The studio

Taught from Bangpakok, written for operators

We sit on Suksawad Road in Bangkok. Cohorts mix Thai retail groups, regional marketplaces, and a few remote CRM leads who join evening sessions. The pedagogy is slow on purpose: read a messy log, name the leak, then redraw the chart.
