Privacy notice

This notice explains how Mirror Routecore handles personal data from this website, enquiries, and programmes. It should be read with the cookie policy. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

The controller is Mirror Routecore, operating from Street: 693 Moo 8 Soi Suksawad 26 Suksawad Road Bangpakok; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10140; Country: Thailand. Email: info@mirror-routecore.digital. Phone: 662 4283021.

If you enrol through a company, that company may also be a controller of your employment data. This notice covers only what we collect as the studio.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, optional topic, message content. Enrolment: billing name, company, invoice address, programme chosen, attendance records, homework artefacts you choose to share. Site logs: technical connection data such as IP address and user agent, kept only as needed to operate and secure the site. Cookie identifiers are described in the cookie policy.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. Invoices are settled off-site.

Why we process it

We use enquiry data to reply and to assess whether Pulse Clinic, Signal Atelier, or Archive Residency is a fit. We use enrolment data to teach, invoice, run office hours, and meet accounting and tax duties in Thailand. We may send alumni a low-volume note about board templates; you can opt out in any such email.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you, unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period required under Thai accounting rules. Homework artefacts are deleted from our teaching workspace 12 months after a programme ends, unless you ask us to keep a board for Archive Residency.

Cookie consent stored in your browser under the key mirror-routecore_cookie_consent remains until you clear storage or choose again.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law and any other law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful use. Send requests to info@mirror-routecore.digital. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand or to another supervisory authority if one applies to you.

International transfers

We are based in Thailand. Email, file storage, or video tools we use may process data in other countries, including where a vendor’s primary region is outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so only as needed to operate the studio and with contractual or other safeguards available to us. If you join a hybrid session from abroad, your image and voice in that session are processed in order to deliver the teaching you requested.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors who host email, invoicing, or video, and with professional advisers when required. We disclose data if required by Thai law or a competent authority. Guest critics in module three see only artefacts you agree to present.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
