These terms govern your use of mirror-routecore.digital and any programme, clinic, or residency offered by Mirror Routecore. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting an invoice for a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.
We may update these terms. The date above is the version that applies to new enrolments. Material changes to an ongoing Archive Residency will be emailed to the billing contact.
What we sell
Mirror Routecore provides teaching, desk critique, and related materials in Lifecycle Messaging Analytics. Tuition listed on this site is informational. A binding contract is formed only when we send an invoice and you pay it, or when we confirm a complimentary seat in writing. This website does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Course slides, board templates, cohort-contract worksheets, and journal articles remain the intellectual property of Mirror Routecore or their credited authors. Enrolment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your internal measurement work. You may not resell the syllabus, publish our templates as your product, or train a competing public course on our module sequence without written consent.
Work you bring — send logs, screenshots, internal boards — remains yours. We may reference anonymised patterns in teaching only when they cannot reasonably identify your company.
Student conduct and access
Live sessions may be recorded for participants who miss a module. Recordings are not a public archive. Sharing login links or recordings outside the enrolled team is a material breach and may end access without refund beyond what the refund policy already allows.
No professional advice guarantee
Teaching examples are educational. They are not a substitute for legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice. Lift figures in case desks are historical teaching examples, not a promise that your next send will produce the same result.
Liability
To the extent permitted under Thai law, Mirror Routecore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying course methods. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the tuition actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Enquiry forms post to a static acknowledgement endpoint for demonstration of client-side handling; a successful on-page message does not by itself create an enrolment until we confirm by email from info@mirror-routecore.digital.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply if you enrol as a consumer resident elsewhere.
