Refund policy
This policy applies to tuition invoiced by Mirror Routecore for Pulse Clinic, Signal Atelier (Cohort Signal Architecture), Reactivation Lift Studio, Journey Attribution for CRM Teams, and Archive Residency. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Transferring a seat to a colleague in the same company is allowed once, in writing, before the first live session, and is not a refund. Complimentary seats have no cash value.
Timeframe
For Signal Atelier and multi-week workshops: a full refund is available if we receive a written request at least 14 full days before the first live module. For Pulse Clinic: a full refund is available up to 48 hours before the booked clinic start (ICT). After those deadlines, only partial refunds or credits described below may apply.
Full or partial refund
If you withdraw after the full-refund deadline but before 50% of live modules (or clinic minutes) have been delivered, we refund 50% of tuition actually paid, minus any non-refundable items. After 50% delivery, tuition is non-refundable except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the remaining teaching.
If Mirror Routecore cancels a programme and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date within 90 days, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled programme.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue costs we have already committed for an on-site Bangpakok day, printed workbooks already produced for your name, and bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not refundable. Archive Residency quarterly travel you book yourself is never refunded by us.
Refund process
Email info@mirror-routecore.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and whether you want a refund or a seat transfer. We acknowledge within two working days. Approved refunds are processed within 21 working days of acknowledgement.
Refund method
Refunds are returned by the same method used to pay the invoice where practical (bank transfer to the originating account, or the original card rails if a processor was used off-site). We do not pay refunds in cash at the office. Currency will match the invoice (USD or THB).
Processing time
Our 21 working-day window is internal. Your bank may take additional days to show the credit. If nothing appears after 30 working days from our confirmation email, write to us with the confirmation reference.
Cancellation by you or by us
You may cancel by email. Silence is not cancellation. If you miss sessions without cancelling, that is not a refund trigger. If we reschedule a single module, that is not a cancellation; if we reschedule more than two modules of a six-week atelier without your agreement, you may choose a full refund of unused tuition or a later cohort.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund where recordings or templates were downloaded after a withdrawal request intended to keep those materials without completing the course, or where payment was reversed by a chargeback still under review. Documented medical or bereavement situations are considered in good faith and may receive a credit to a later cohort even after the 50% mark.
